Each class is baby-led — feeding, cuddling, changing and soothing are always welcome.

✨ Course DetailsLocation: 📍Yoga Sanctuary, Edgbaston Village, 4 Greenfield Cres, Birmingham B15 Class length: ~1 hour each week for 4 WeeksAge: Birth- (7 months) Ideally 6 weeks after immunisations,

however we allow parents to make the final call!
