RETURNS  & REFUNDS

Processing of deliveries will be between 7-13 days marked from date fulfilled handled and packed.

Our standard shipping fee is £5.99 

Due to our warehouse being international this is our standard option.

Express delivery will be available at checkout if available.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-10 business working days after the product is received back and inspected for faults.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. Therefore, for your security we urge you to obtain proof of postage, which can be issued free of charge from your local Post Office for you to keep.

It may also be useful to take note of the reference number in case you need to telephone.

Exchanges will be processed within 10-14  business working days of our warehouse receiving your item.
