For individual sessions we require 24 hour cancellation notice. Notices should be emailed to Sales@bumpandmamas.com

WHAT IF THE SIZE ORDERED DOES NOT FIT?

DOES  BUMP & MAMAS  HAVE MORE THAN ONE BRANCH?

In this instance we will do our best to accommodate our customers and check our inventory.

If we have the suitable size available we will offer an exchange to size. 

However posting and shipping may not be included.

USA And Worldwide.

HOW DO I KNOW  WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY ORDER?

You will receive an expected delivery date confirmation after order is placed.  Our customer care team also go the extra mile and update you , on your order.

Click the link in the email to track your order. Our couriers will also email or text you on the day of delivery to let you know they’re on their way.

​DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER IN FULL?

Online orders – Full payment is required for online orders at the time of purchase.

 

We do not provide instalment payment plans for purchases.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FULL ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR POOR QUALITY?

If this has happened we are sorry, please contact our Customer Service Team, send them your full order details (Order number, Post Code and Address) and they will be happy to help.

I CANNOT ATTEND MY COACHING SESSION?

We require 24 hour Cancellation/ Rebooking Notice. In the event you may lose your entire fee.

We're sorry if your item is damaged. Please contact our Customer Service Team, send them your full order details (Order number, post code and address) and they will be happy to help.

Please also attach photo of poor quality/faulty item.​ All reports on damaged items will be assessed accordingly. We will either fully refund or offer exchange.

CAN I ORDER OUT OF STOCK SIZES?

In the event you purchase an out of stock item, you will be placed with a 100% refund. We can add you to the alert list which will  let you know when the preferred item is available in stock.

WILL YOU ADJUST THE PRICE OF AN ITEM THAT GOES ON SALE SHORTLY AFTER I PURCHASED IT?

We are unable to adhere to a sale prices prior to product purchased.

DO YOU HAVE A MEMBERS AREA OR GIFT CARD  MEMBERSHIP?

This can be done via our Customer Support Team. Simply Email Sales@bumpandmamas.com with your confirmation and email request along with reason of cancellation.

Cancellation requests can only be adhered to so long Shipping has not been expedited; within  24 hours.​ Please allow refunds to clear within 9-12 days working days.​Please note this can vary between merchant and credit card provider.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS SUCCESSFUL?

When you have placed your order online you will receive an order confirmation email, this will have all the information you need.

I'VE ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AT ONCE.
WILL THEY ARRIVE ALL TOGETHER?

Your items may arrive on different days.

However if this is the case, you will receive an email containing which products to expect between deliveries.

Please await  your delivery date before contacting us.

Our shipping method is standard across all orders £5.99

due to our warehouse being International. Our premium products are sourced, handled and delivered within 7-13 days. 

Express delivery will be available at extra cost at checkout.

You will be asked to fill in a capture form which will provide us with the necessary information to accommodate your needs. We will proceed to follow up with an engagement call to discuss any further adjustments and exchange of  services contract. 

 

Please note: Our Contractor services and Guest speaker workshops require 72 hour notice period for cancellations and rescheduling. 

Payments:50% of the service fee is paid upfront. The remainder sent following invoice and completion of successful service.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We will refund or exchange any unused items that are in a saleable condition within 28  days of purchase.

We can grant 100% refund for faulty products dependent on inspection.

​

Please bear in mind we are unable to offer refunds or exchange for the following :

  • Damaged or faulty items caused by the customer or somebody else upon purchase.

  • No longer wanting an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour)

Note refunds will be processed to the original payment method shown on your receipt. 

Please Bear in mind that if you made a payment via PayPal this refund may take a little longer to process.
