Join us for our monthly( Biweekly) Grace & Giggles event — an exclusive in-person meet-up in Birmingham designed especially for mamas , dads or guardians and their little ones aged 0–3 years. Whether you’re expecting, a new mom, or navigating toddlerhood, this is your space to connect, breathe, and grow.

 We also extend our invitation for all parents including dads and guardians!

 

We offer two designated classes ( Mini Movers 0-18 M) and ( Curious Explorers (18M-3 Years)to ensure each age group receives the required level of support and stimulation according to their development  stage, we also maintain smaller group sizes to promote quality and focus.

Prices & What to Expect:

 Mini Movers (0–18 months)

A gentle, sensory-focused class designed to support early development through movement, touch, sound, and exploration.

 

• Duration: 50 Mins

• Price: £7.50 per class

 Curious Explorers (18 months – 3 years

 

A playful, curiosity-led experience encouraging independence, creativity, and early learning through interactive sensory activities.

 

• Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

• Price: £9.50 per class

• Gentle playtime and bonding for your babies and toddlers

• Expert support and guidance from our trained well-being coach, Tremaine, focusing on postpartum health, self-care, and emotional well-being.

Who’s it for:  Although our umbrella service is designated for mothers and women's services we have been able to extend our sensory sessions to dads and all guardians. Here at Bump & Mamas we understand  the diferent dynamics and shared care of little ones!

 

Suitable for: Moms/Dads + babies/toddlers (ages 0–3)

In person walk ins: Please ensure you book online and register as this is a first comes serve basis.

 

You can pay on entry without reserving online at community centre. However  Please note: there will be a limit due to threshold and children ratio. For your first visit please ensure registration form is completed.
