How To Overcome Post Partum Depression . Reach Out!

Good Sunday Mamas!
Good Sunday Mamas!

Postpartum Depression continues to affect an alarming rate of women locally , nationally and worldwide. We have heard of so many horrific instances whereby newly mothers have even ended their lives, committed suicide and continued to not seek any help! As mothers we feel there is an obligation to do everything on our own and by ourselves!

But the hidden truth is that is not the case! Have you heard of the mighty African Proverb, It takes a Village to raise a child? Of course that is correct! if we think about the Baby Boomers Generations and our parents and family members who are in their sixties and late fifties, they all had help whether it was from their own parents, close friends and who ever!

I can almost guarantee we all spent good time with our Grand parents and other family members, and with that they also had a great influence on our upbringing!

The truth is family dynamics is not like how it was before , many of our parents are not even retired, some are still working, many parents do not have any help from family, meaning nursery is the only option and the little time they have on their hands on the weekends!

Here at BumpandMamas we extend our Hand to help every mother all over the globe, who is going through any element of Depression , Anxiety and Isolation! Instead of suffering on your own , reach out to us! During this crisis we are also available on some capacity to offer Free/complimentary coaching to Mothers who are really struggling and do not have the financial means to access resources which can Transform their position.

If you are a Mother struggling and need a helping hand, reach out to us today!
