We have heard of so many horrific instances whereby newly mothers have even ended their lives, committed suicide and continued to not seek any help! The truth is family dynamics is not like how it was before , many of our parents are not even retired, some are still working, many parents do not have any help from family, meaning nursery is the only option and the little time they have on their hands on the weekends!
