The transition from Nursery to Reception( What I Really found the hardest)

You would always find out the issues, challenges when you are in fact a school gate mom or dad! When your picking up your kids , whilst arriving early and waiting to see their innocent , lovely smiling faces, you would often hear many parents complain about the same thing!

I mean, I have been hearing this all week. Tremaine '' what have they actually been doing all day?. Many parents made it known that they often miss the checking in and observations which they had at nursery. At nursery, whether they were attending part time or full time, you would know on the APPs or through communication, what they had eaten, what they had refused and so forth ,you would know every little thing.

It seems at school , we pray and hope and release them at the school gates and just hope they didn't have any accidents or no calls. The thing is the trust mechanism , not knowing all the information and updates about your children to trusting that they are okay. Once you collect them, you have to rely on their information and communication.

I guess it is all part of the parcel , but its taking time for me to adjust to, and so many other parents!

I know time will pass....
